Thanks for checking whether Brush Park can accept new Youth Members. Our total number depends on the number of active leaders and the space in our hall.

WE ARE WELCOMING NEW LEADERS IN ALL SECTIONS!!!!

As of 3rd September 2026 this is the status of our sections:

• Joey Scouts (Wed 6-7pm) - OPEN and accepting new members.
• Cub Scouts (Wed 7-8:30pm) - CLOSED until end of 2026.
• Scouts (Fri 7:30-9:30pm) - OPEN and accepting new members.
• Venturers (Fri 7:30-9:30pm) - OPEN and accepting new members. Especially adventurous youth! Duke of Ed can be done in conjunction with Venturer activities.
• Rovers (Thursday) - OPEN and accepting new members. Rovers who choose to become leaders can have ALL their fees paid for by the Group.

There is an expectation that parents and guardians of Youth Members will be involved in the Group in some way because we are a Scouting Family. Becoming an Adult Helper is easy and free. This will enable you to attend meetings and activities to help leaders AND attend overnight camps.

We are looking for people to join our Group Committee to help with Secretary duties, Hall Hires (permanent hires), Hall Hires (casual hires) and Quartermaster.
