Scouting is a FAMILY affair and not just a place to bring your child and walk away. Scouting does not happen without the help of many Adult volunteers - some who are parents, some ex-parents, some ex-Scouts, some interested in Scouting. Volunteering as an adult in Scouting is fulfilling and also benefits your development and professional growth.

All Adults involved with Scouting undergo training in Child Safety and Work Health Safety.

Warranted Leaders in Scouting - those who wear uniform - undergo other training to ensure their programs are safe, engaging and challenging for all the Scouting Youth AND themselves.

We have two groups of adults who run 1st Brush Park. We would VERY MUCH like to have a full Committee and some more Leaders.
