Group Committee Meeting for all office holders of the Group (Chairman, Trustees, Secretary, Treasurer, Fundraising coordinator, Hall hire coordinator and other such positions), the Group Leader and interested parents.

The committee addresses the hall condition and maintenance, finances and other such non-Scout program related activities. The agenda is supplied from month to month.

We try to keep the meeting to 1 hour, if at all possible.

Meetings are usually held once a term on the first Tuesday of the month in the middle of the School term.
