So, 2024 is here and we need to get together to start our year right and plan the Group's calendar for the year including regular (monthly) Group Council & Committee meetings, termly working bees and a Group Camp and or other activities.

I propose an initial planning meeting on Wednesday, 31st January at 7:30pm. The meeting will be only 90 minutes and we will cover the following items:

• Year planning for meetings, AGM, working bees and Group events
• SWOT analysis of the Group and where we are at and where we want to go
• Addressing the need for more leaders in Cubs, Scouts and Venturers

It would be great if everyone could be there, if you intend on being a Leader or Adult Helper this year.
To that end, if you have not yet registered for Trek 1 can you please do that ASAP.
