As of 23rd May 2025, CASUAL HIRE FEES were as follows (Long-term Hall Hire Fees will be negotiated):
For Saturday evening functions the fee is $450 plus a refundable $250 security bond. Hirer is given access to the hall from 2 pm or earlier. Payment of the refundable security deposit ($250) is required to confirm the booking and the hall hire fee should be paid one week before your event. [NOTE: Please see 1st Brush Park Hall Hire conditions for information on party supervsion requirements.]
Smaller functions (up to 50 guests) such as luncheons and young children's parties are a minimum of $200 for first 4 hours plus $25 per extra hour plus a $100 security bond. Hall access prior to the event to be negotiated.
Tentative bookings will only be held for 7 days, after which the date will be available to other hirers.
